SMBv2 for a Terastation TS-WXL8CF

Hello:

I just bought a new PC and attached my Terastation TS-WXL8CF to it. Tried to map a drive and found it is not compatible due to SMBv2.
How do I update my NAS to SMBv2.

You install Debian onto it.
