With help from a friendly poster, Davo, I found the correct firmware for my TeraStation Live: http://www.buffalotech.com/support/getfile/hs-dhtgl-up_214_102.zip??
I ran TSUpdater and it searched but then came back with error "HS-DHTGL not found".
I did disable my Symantec Endpoint Protection first. I also temporarily disabled "SPI Firewall Protection" on my Linksys WRT400N Router (even though I don't know what that is).
I am in contact with my TeraStation in all other ways.
