problem on link station LS-W2,0TGL/R1

Dear All,

 

We have problem on link station LS-W2,0TGL/R1. The device is restart every a few minutes (about 3 minutes).

So, we could not access into the device. Is it hardware problem? How to repair it? Please give your advice.
