Hi,

Unable to web access through the iphone 3gs

keep getting error - user is not allowed access to this share

I have created a dummy account for testing purposes and also test folders with no restrictions and no luck either.

I am currently on firmware 3.09.

some really old threads suggested changing to 3.08 but i would assume 3.09 would have been fixed by now.

if the case is that I need to be on 3.08 still then is it fully compatible and also where and how can i downgrade from because the firmware is not 3.08 is not available.

You will want to update to 3.10 firmware and you must set the share for web access: use users/groups.
