Streaming software that is know to work

Hello,

 

I'm looking to stream H264 video from my MAC Pro to the Buffalo Link Theatre and I wanted to make sure that the SW I use will be supported. I expect that since both the SW and the Link Theatre are H264 compliant, it should work. But, I figured I'd go the extra step and see what others are using and are known to work.

 

I am considerring one of the follwing, can anyone comment as to whther they have used any of these and if they have worked well?
