I"ve had the router for a year and this is the second time that the internet connection just drops and I can't re-set it. I tried going to the 192.68.11.1 page but the page is not displaying (when the router is off and I"m connected to verizon through broadband). If I connect the router, I can't get an internet connection so I still can't access that page. What do I do?

For now hard reset the router with the INIT button.  After you are able to log back in please update the firmware.

   I reset the router many times.The problem is that the wireless connection through the router is not even acknowledged by the desktop. How do I get online to the router page if I have no internet connection?

So you are not getting an IP address from the router wired or wireless? 

If so try setting a static IP of 192.168.11.10/255.255.255.0

See if you can access it that way.
