I recently purchased and installed a Buffalo MiniStation Stealth USB 3.0 Hard Drive 500 GB Model HD-PCT500U3/B on my desktop computer (HP Pavilion Slimline S3600T, running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, Service Pack 2. The computer has an Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 processor running at 2.6 GHz and has 3 GB RAM.)
My problem is that the Backup Utility TaskTray Tool does not do anything when I right mouse click on it. From what I understand, I should be able to see logs, etc. I did notice that right mouse clicking on the tool while performing the software install did pop up a menu but all the options were grayed out.
How do I go about getting this feature to work?
