I am having trouble getting on a hard drive I have mounted on my AG300H. When I select the address bar in Windows Explorer and use ftp://192.168.11.1/mnt I get a login window but no login information I try works. Enabling anonymous login on the router returns an error. The hard drive is FAT32, I could reformat to exFAT if that is better.
I have linked screenshots of the USB and NAS settings, are they correct? Also am I using the right method of connecting?
