LS-CH1.5TL Big problem!!!

I have a model of LinkStation LS-CH1.5TL and  I have a problem .On the router shows that it has no connection to it. Then I have connected yet to the PC directly through, it also shows that there is no connection. Shows only the normal blue LED. I am already set and it worked flawlessly 5 months. Now I know how to get the data in the disk ...

Follow FAQ 1 of 5 then reinstall the firmware.

Hi,

 

I have a LS-V2.0TL and my tv's and devices can see and access the hard drive but my computer can no longer access it. Im also unable to access the web page with admin/password. Please help.

Can you tell me what to do first of all? How to re-install the firmware, if does not direct connection to PC?
