Buffalo Terastation ts-htgl r5 - Login Problems

Hey, i have a problem with my Terastation.

 

I don't can login into the Webinterface.

 

I want to reset the station with the reset button under the display.

 

The IP reset, but the passwort not.

 

The Station run in the Degrade Mode. (What is the Degrade Mode?)

 

HDD 1 is faulty.

 

How can repair the System?

Degrade mode is telling you that there is a problem with the raid.  If you have a problem with your drive i would contact tech support via phone and have them help you trouble shoot the problem.

The station ist 3 years old.

 

i have no support for the station.

 

Have you a other idea, please?
