Bought this router a few days ago and tried setting up the auto restart for 3am, but the router will have a tendency to just stop transmitting and not even show its available after an extent of use. I turned that off and "con" to make sure if that might have been the issue but still does it. This time I looked at the router and i notice just the 2.4GHz icon doesnt show everything else does. So I'm losing my wireless connection but my laptop says i'm on the N network so wouldnt that be the 5GHz? Would like some help either way please!

Which firmware are you using? This sounds like a firmware problem so most likely flashing the firwmare will fix the issue.

So for the past couple days it didnt happen and now i get home and i look. everything is on except 2.4GHz again. the light is out and doesnt turn on, but the 5GHz is flashing. I turned off the router, waited 30 seconds, turned back on and it functions again. Isn't the Wireless-N 5GHz connection; not 2.4GHz?
Yeah its happening again. Wireless just drops from 2.4GHz and I have to keep resarting my router.
I am having the same problem. Can't seem to find a solution.
