We had power outages a couple of days ago and since then the NAS device has not been working properly. Tried to log into it to see what was going on and now it's telling me that the login and password are invalid. I see from other posts that power outages can cause this to happen with this device. How can I get it to log in on the browser? I've tried different computers, browsers, disabling anti-virus and still always the same thing. I see that there is a recovery file out there, but it's invalid. Is it possible to send a new one please? I'm desperate at this point.
