japanese wzr-1750dhp - Port Forwarding Issues
« on: November 04, 2013, 04:28:03 AM »
Hello everyone.

I recently bought a wzr-1750DHP in Japan (so the gui is all in japanese, and no, I can't change it). It is used for wifi routing, and also for handlingm the PPPoE session, I don't know if this is important.

My big issue is that I can't setup the port forwarding correctly (or it won't work correctly)>

In the following link, you can find screenshots of my attempt to open port 5000 for local ip .11.3

No matter what I do, I can't get it to work.

Has anyone expereienced such issues, and if so what did you do to fix it? Can someone explain me if I should choose "Air Station IP" or whatever seems to refer to PPPoE in the aforementionned menu?

Thanks

Have you tried to flash firmware downloaded from the northamerican website in order to change the language to english?

I have port forwarding working for an IP camera, here are the settings, hope this helps.
