: Can connect to TeraStation after Firmware update 2.16

I have an older TeraStation.  Model # HD-H1.0TGL/R5

 

After updating to Firmware 2.16 (said the update was successful), I could no longer mount my shares or access the device through the web browser.  I could find the device with the TsClient software, and was even able to change the IP address.

 

I attempted to reset the device by holding the reset button for 20 seconds, which reinited the IPadress, but still no browser access.  I CAN ping the device.

BTW, I have confirmed that the device is running in Emergency Mode.  Verified by the hostname from the NAS Navigator as "HD-HTGL-EM"

 

Is there an older firmware I should load?  Thanks.

   Problem Solved...  Was able to re-flash the firmware 2.16 with a laptop and a crossover cable.  Once I released I was dealing with Emergency mode, reflashing worked like a charm.
