Hey,
I have a Cloudstor CS-WX1.0/1D running the latest firmware (1.13 build 2.35). The unit is working fine except that I have connected a 1TB NTFS external drive to it and am unable to get it to properly backup. I can get it to do incremental backups, but what I really want it to do is Differential. However, every time I set it to Differential and click apply, it tells me that changes are saved. When I click away and click back to the settings page again, it still has Incremental selected. I tried rebooting as well. No luck there.
I considered doing a Restore of the factory settings, but I do not have a backup of my data, and did not want to have it accidentally delete my data. (Even though I have NOT checked the delete data checkbox)
Any thoughts or suggestions?
