how can i add new language to WZR-HP-G450H ?

If you mean changing the language, if your firmware is DD-WRT.. Go to Administration  Tab, In the Managemant Sub tab, Language selection is midway through the page

Not possible, looking at the DDWRT forums i dont think this is even supported unless it is specifically added in a new firmware build.
