Buffalo HS-DH4.0TGL e14 Error

I have a NAS that shows a e14 error on the screen. I can access the NAS via HTTP and I can view the folders by the share name, but I cannot access any of the data within the folders.

 

I tried to do a force firmware but that did not solve the problem. Upon reboot, the e14 error showed again.

You need to delete and recreate the RAID, thus will erase the data so refer to your backup.
