Lost data upon password reset??

We have a Linkstation Duo LS-WXL and no one knows what the admin password has been changed to (don't even get me started on this).  Does anyone know if we can reset the password without losing our data?

Try searching the forum, this has been answered MANY times! Do a reset using the function button.
