Terastation duo 2TB (TS-WXL67F) cant move files with FTP

Hi,

 

I am using my NAS from another site remotely and would like to transfer files from one disk to another on the NAS. This gives me the following error (see below). Any ideas?

What RAID mode are you using on the TS-WXL?

Dont use it in RAID. So its 2 seperate disks.

What is the size of the entire folder/file that you are trying to move? And what client are you using to move the files?

Its 4 GB but it doesnt mather what I try to move. I am using filezilla.

 

The strange thing is that if I create that directory before I move the files it works...

Are you experiencing the same issue with other files? Or if you try and move the file over SAMBA?
