I can not loose my data in the HDs.
What do I have to do?

That is a critical error. At this point there isn't much you can do but explore data recovery. If the unit is within warranty please call our support line for a replacement.

Im not sure if we have support in Brazil, but I don't think we do. Ill take a look for you. Did you purchase the unit in Brazil or do you just live in Brazil?

You can hook the drives up to a linux computer or go to a data recovery specialist. We recommend drivesavers (www.drivesavers.com)

We do need a receipt or some other form of proof of purchase (something that has the date, amount paid and what it was). Without this we cannot confirm if your unit is within warranty or not.

My Terastation had the same problem, but the problem was not with the Terastation but the Power Supply it was plugged into, so I unplugged it from the power supply and plugged it into a different power supply and all is working again.
