FTP and SFTP/SSH clients can't connect to TeraStation TS-RVHL

Hello,

 

I have enabled the FTP service, created a folder and enabled FTP and SFTP.  I setup access restrictions allowing read/write for 1 local user.

 

From any browser, FTP clients like Filezilla and SFTP - WinSCP I receive "Logon incorrect" type errors.

 

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong?

Is this because NAS is connected to DOMAIN?

When the terastation is joined to an AD domain you cannot use it as an FTP or SFTP server.
