I've got a LinkStation Pro Quad (at least I think that's what it is) and I've lost my disk with NAS Navigator. I'm trying to download from the Baffalo site but when I type my serial number in it says: Invalid input: Product Serial Number
I do notice that my LinkStation Model number says LS-Q4.0TL/R5 while the website only gives me a choice for model LS-QV4.0TL/R5 (with the "V").... Do I have an older model? How can I get my Navigator software now that I've lost my disk? Help!
