TeraStation is shutting down

I have a one year old TeraStation. It's now shutting down on its own. I have not changed any settings for about four months. What is happening?

Have you contacted technical support? The unit is still within the warranty period. Support would be able to review the system logs and possibly find the reason the unit is behaving this way.
