: All 4 LEDs are solid red on HD-QL8TU3R5
: Phoenixcbm1976 March 31, 2017, 12:41:06 PM
We have a HD-QL8TU3R5 at our location that powers up, but all 4 LEDs turn red after the power self test.  I tried looking on google.com to find out what this means, but I could not find anything on this topic.

Could someone tell me what this means please?

Thanks in advance,

Phoenix

I hope someone can let me know what this means soon.  We have data on this unit we need to access as soon as possible.

I'd say a possible hardware RAID failure, can the RAID utility detect it at all?

The red lights normally indicate a failure, have you connected to the unit to see what it and the logs report?

It's not a NAS so doesn't have logs.

Whoops, ignore my ramblings in that case :)
