WHR-G300N problems

Need help setting this up have followed all instructions that I have here but keep getting local area or limited connectivity.

I was using  a Netgear but wanted to change was having problems but nothing compared to this.

My lights are all green apart from the security light which stays amber I keep looking for the obvious problems but have had no luck.

Any help would be great.

   What is your internet connection type and what kind of internet modem do you have? Also have you made sure that your cables are correct?

Hi there i'm using a netgear adsl modem router.

I have a wireless connection.

I have also just noticed that when i try using my buffalo router my phone dosen't work and won't let me ring out.

My laptop is finding my buffalo router but will only give me local or limited connection tryed changing channel setings to stop interferance but dosen't help.

Checked cables and they are ok.
