WZR2-G300n connection problem
« on: November 30, 2008, 11:19:33 PM »

Hi, I have just bought this wireless router last week in Japan.

When I connected to the ALCATEL Speed Touch modem, all the WAN & LAN speed and connection is at normal level.

But as soon as I turn on the Utorrent to start the BT download, the internet connection to an idle status, only the INTERNET LED on router is flashing, LAN LED remains lighted, no flashing. and I can not connect to the router any more unless I restart the router.

This critical problem can not be solved. Is this router a faluty one that I should return the router back?

(I am now just updated to firmware 1.53b in Japanese version, and was previously 1.52, but the problem is always there.)

What ports are you opening?  Have you tried putting it in the DMZ?

LOL the solution is buying a different brand router?! Ouch, Buffalo!

Time to update this router's firmware please! for ALL regions, especially North America!
