G300nh qos problem

can someone please tell me how to set up QOS because i have difficulty finding port:

 

i generally play ps3, web surf, torrent and iphone.

 

also i found it is really slow when i use torrent and web surf. please help

Which router model?  Please read the forum guidelines before posting.  Furthermore, are you sure you're not looking for port forwarding, as QoS is meant for Local Area Network prioritizing.
