I have a TS3420 set up as a file share and using it to scan documents from a sharp mfp copier. When I scan the file to the shared folder, the copier defaults to a name ending with the scan time and date as part of the file name. For example
File_20220426_134107
The properties of the file contain no date and time
Since it’s next to impossible to get help for this copier from sharp, I wanted to start here and see if anyone else has had a similar problem
