LinkStation Crashed

I have a LinkStation HS-DH1000GL with a Seagate harddrive attached to the USB port. The error light came on and it started beeping. I powered it down  then back on. It will not connect to any of my computers, Windows 7 and Windows XP, and the device name has changed to HS-DHGL-EMAF1.    I can't access it via the browser either.  I used the Seagate to back it up to and when I connect them directly to any of my computers they can't access it.

NAS Navigator show that the Linkstation is in EM Mode.

If the unit is in EM mode, you would want to try performing a forced firmware update. Instructions for how to do so can be found here:
