: WZR-HP-G300NH file copy from PC to Iomega Ix4-200d 100-300 KB a sec

I just bought my WZR-HP-G300NH , updated firmware using auto updater, and when I transfer files from my pc ( pc shows gigabit connected) to my Iomega Ix4-200d ( plugged into another 1 GB port) I am getting 100-300 KB a sec speeds.

 

This was working with my linksys router at 10-15 MB, and when I borrowed a friends gig switch, I was getting 20-30 MB a sec.

 

I had the Iomega Ix4-200d 's two gigabit nic's teamed, but undid the team, with the same results.

 

I tried this from two PC's, with the same results.

 

Idea's?
