Wireless over night || Port forwarding issue

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I have the WZR-HP-AG300H with DD-WRT.

1a. In the original DD-WRT firmware there is the possibility to automatically turn off the Wlan over night. This option is located under wireless -> advanced settings -> radio restrictions or something like this. Where is this in the Buffalo firmware? Is there a script for that? Or is it possible to power down the router completely over night and power up automatically?

1b. Is it possible to configure the button on the router to turn off wlan manually and let it power up automatically when its scheduled? (see 1a). Alternative turn off the whole router.

2. I've read several posts in this forum concerning the latest firmware. I have DD-WRT v24SP2-MULTI (03/21/11) std - build 16519. What to do to get a newer one? Where to download?

Solved: Will install 17135 alpha now.

Hope to get support here :)

greetings

edit:

I'm having trouble getting port forwarding working properly.

When i forward port 800 to 80 on 192.168.11.1. Everything works fine.

But when i forward any port to another ip all requests time out. No matter if i use my desktop, my nas or I use dyndns or the direct ip. The port checker tells me that the ports are open and working. But why can't i access my ftp server or anything else? I dont know what to do anymore...

Firewall of the router is turned off. yet no change.

further information:

static ip is set at the router. Using a static one at the devices does not work either. dhcp range is starting at 20, devices have lower ips.

setting ports via ssh is not a solution as well... What needs to be configured unter Services->Services. Atm there is DNSMasq everything enabled.

Re: Wireless over night || Port forwarding issue

to 1b. the option Services -> Services -> AOSS Button Function : turning radio off. Does not work for me :(

What is the switch at the bottom of the front side at the router for?

Port forwarding works now with the fix provided in this thread (http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Wireless/WZR-HP-AG300H-Port-Fowarding-broken/td-p/61136)

Seems like buffalo dd-wrt also have a problem with NAT
