I use a WZR-HP-AG300H and every day the wireless G/N goes out, I have it set to reboot every morning at 3am and the wifi would go out around 2-6pm. I could easily fix it by logging in, going to the wirelss tab, and then clicking apply settings. This got annoying so I setup a cron job to quickly disable and re-enable the ath0 connection.
Just go to your Adminitration tab, make sure Cron is enabled, save this in the blank space.
Restart at 2:01pm every day.
1 14 * * * ifconfig ath0 down && ifconfig ath0 up
Restart at 10:01am, 2:01pm, and 6:01pm every day.
1 10,14,18 * * * ifconfig ath0 down && ifconfig ath0 up
Restart every hour (12:01am, 1:01am, 2:01am, ect.) every day
1 * * * * ifconfig ath0 down && ifconfig ath0 up
I have had this running for a few days and it works great, best of all the clients don't see any noticeable interuption of service because it happens so fast, even my second reouter as a client bridge. Even while streaming a video there is no pause!
I figured I would share this since the current firmware 17798 has had this issue since release and we are just waiting for an update.

The update is coming out soon. We have been working hard to resolve this issue. Thank you for posting this.

Can you confirm when this update will be released? I bought a few of these routers for a production environment and they have been an embarrasement to me. I won't be buying anymore until this wifi dropping issue is fixed.

Check out one of my other posts. There is a community build from BrainSlayer which solved the wifi lock up for me.

I just re-read the post. My bad. Not sure about the AG devices. I think I had seen something else on the fourm for it. I have the G300NH. And multiple of them as well at an office and one at home. That's what i had done to fix my problems. I hope it did not accept the file.
