If you can't do it the convential way then a holding the reset button and starting all over is your best bet.

Re: Unable to delete torrent [WZR-HP-G300NH]

This is not a good suggestion. Reset won't help.

As far as I know, this can only be fixed by "Delete Bittorrent Information" in NAS > Bittorrent. Which means all downloading files, if any, will also be deleted.  Smart eh?!

Shouldn't Buffalo fix this problem instead of than asking users to reset?

Is this with 1.60 or 1.65 revision of firmware? Are you in US or Europe?

I had same problem, and posted it a month or so back. And if this isn't fixed in fw 1.65, i will not be pleased!

Re: Unable to delete torrent [WZR-HP-G300NH]

hkpiums reply worked, deleting all torrent information was the solution for the problem. Thnx for that, didn't even notice that button as i've been using a bookmark for the bt manager.

and yes, this is with the 1,65 firmware like mentioned in the first post.

Re: Unable to delete torrent [WZR-HP-G300NH]

No problem mate, glad it helped.

But I think that's not the ultimate solution.

The client should be able to delete those "double-counted" hidden files upon user click the delete button.

Why the Client is so silly that it leaves garbage behind? When an user wants to delete a particular torrent, it means the residual hidden file is no longer needed.
