Hi,

I had the WZR-HP-G300HP working fine on my home network (I use a mac, BTW), installed by someone else. Although I had the WAP password (used to connect devices wirelessly) I never got the router page password. I tried resetting the router but now I can't access the 192.168.11.1 page.

Please help, I was looking through the forum for similar posts but they didn't help me, I am not that tech savvy so please keep it as simple as possible. I still have internet access on my mac but no wireless access.

For starters, how can I access the page I used to be able to access before?

You will have to hold the reset button on the bottom of the unit underneith the stand for 10 seconds. Once the unit is fully reset the you will be able to access that 192.168.11.1 page. The default username is root with no password. If you are running the processional firmware the default is admin for the username and password for the password.

Hey, thank for the reply. I got it too late, though

What I ended up doing was connecting the modem directly to my computer, which gave me access to the page: after I set up all the info as needed I reconnected the modem to the router and everything had gone back to normal... What a relief!
