Stuck on EM MODE. Can't upgrade firmware.

I have a Linkstation pro 2tb NAS. Model # LS-V2.0TL.

The NAS one day started giving a message and I have tried updating the firmware using the ls_series-156 firmware and nasnavi-243wr. No firewall or antivirus on the pc.
