HS-DHGL question(s)

Hi,

I've had an HS-DHGL for a few years now.

About a year ago, It started beeping 6 times if I remember correctly. I shut it down and gave it a rest after trying various things. Actually, a bit after that, it worked for a while and I backed-up part of the contents. Then it reverted to the 6 beeps.

I restarted it today, and the beeping is gone.

The Buffalo utility finds it at 192.168.0.3.

I can ping it ok. However, the web page is not found (http://192.168.0.3).

Also, in the utility (the Nas Navigator), if I try to select File>>Open I get an error (Network routing cannot be found).

Any idea on what is going on?

Thanks.

Re: HS-DHGL question(s)

Are the letter "EM" included in the hostname in the Nas Navigator? If so then your unit is in "Emergency Mode" and you will have to reinstall the firmware.
