I've tried to open my files on a mac and a pc as well but neither of them let me see my files... it does recognize it but doesn't let me do anything else... what can I do to recover my files???
No error messages ... I just plugged it in my computer and the last time I did it It was scanning for virus but after that I couldn't see any other activity and couldn't see the icon for the drive... :/ What can I do to recover my files????? I really need them ASAP
