HD-CXT1.5TU2 not accepting serial - need TurboCopy

Hello all,


I performed a search of the forums and saw many solved problems with similar issues, but always relating to software other than the one I'm looking for.  Basically, I bought the HD-CXT1.5TU2 here in Japan and the website won't accept my serial number to redownload the softward suite.  I'm specifically looking to get TurboCopy, though having access to the entire suite would be good so I can download it and keep a backup should I need to do something similar again.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You have to download it from the Japanese site. Serial numbers are region/website specific.
