Hi,

Does anyone know what port range the FTP server on the Terastation TS-XE4.0TL uses when entering passive mode? I've opened port 21 in the firewall but I'm not sure what range of ports it uses for data.

FTP uses port 21, sFTP uses port 22.

However, it seems that you did not forward the port on the Router. On your Router, you would need to forward this port to your NAS
