Default Gateway Zeros

I have 8 Terastations TS-2.0TGL/RS and TS-1.0TGL/RS two of them keep losing the Default Gateway

Every morning I have to reset it and by the end of the day the both have a Default Gateway of 0.0.0.0

it started a few months ago once a week and has been increasing to daily now

has anyone ever heard of something like this?

any clues on how to fix this ???

Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Default Gateway Zeros

What firmware is installed and how are you doing the reset?

Re: Default Gateway Zeros

This sort of thing is typically resolved by flashing firmware and restoring through the web interface.

I do not work for Buffalo Technology. My advice is my own and comes from my experience working with the products.

Re: Default Gateway Zeros

Did you ever resolve this? I have two TS-1.0TGL/R5 units that display the same symptoms. It can be less than an hour before the default gateway disappears. Tried updating to 1.04 firmware, manual/dhcp, all the same. Noticed because the units become inaccessible from other subnets.
