Currently, this is the first I've heard of this model and I don't believe we have a software download for it available. I'll notify our web admin and see if I can get a projected ETA on when this will be available. In the meantime all I can ask for is patience in the matter. My apologies.

Basically, getting back to this issue you would have to go here
and validate that your product has a US serial number and download the
CD image. This zip archive contains all of the software that came on
your drive initially.

i am using the HD-PE320U2 model, the US serial number are u refering to is the 6 digit number behind the Buffalo 320GB MiniStation Lite? i try a few time but still cannot dl the zip file.

i've downloaded all the original softwares in buffalo's china-based website. i used google chrome (the latest version has a built-in translator) to be able to read the page.
