Hi,

Model: LS-WS500GL/R1

Firmware: 1.04-something (US)

I configured it to work with an AD domain, then deleted the domain. Now I cannot login at all. I can't do a firmware update without the password, either.

I'd like to completely reset the unit, I don't have any information on it.

While the unit is off, hold in the function key while turning the unit on. Then when the blue light comes on, let go, then briefly press the function key in again, and let go. The wait for the blue light to become solid.
