Cannot download software for my Linkstation Live LS CH2.0TL

I am trying to download the NasNavi software for Mac but can't.

 

When I access the download page I am asked to verify by entering the serial number of my device. The only number that is printed anywhere on the device (besides the MAC adress sticker next to the ethernet port) is a 14 digit number on a sticker at bottom of the device.

 

But when I enter that number the support page claims it is invalid...Whats up with that?

I want the the software on my mac so please provide me with a download link.

Select the correct region where you bought your unit and then download it from there.
