LS-W1.0TGL/R1 Enclosure is DOA

Powered down the NAS before leaving for a 2 week vacation.  Came home and powered it up to it 7 flashing red.  My research indicated that the enclosure is bad.

 

Pulled out the drives which are configured for RAID 1 and cannot get any OS or program to mount and read the files to move them to something else.

 

Can someone suggest something that will recover this data?
