buffalotech.com online support SUCK, useless... Need help with HD-PEU3 driver?

I bought ministation HD-PE640U3 from Japan few month back.. I'm home try to download driver. I kind of aware of Japanese serial may cause this, anyway, I email buffalo tech support.

Question: hi, I need driver for hd-pe640u3 blk, bought from Japan. The system wont allow me to download,

                  guess because my serial?

Buffalo Reply: You will need to download from The Japanese site.?

 

All info driver & app pre install on hard drive... If I can read Japanese I would not email to buffalo USA in English to ask about The driver I need!

There is no "American" or "Japanese" drivers. It uses the inbuilt generic USB mass storage drivers in the Windows OS. Buffalo does not make the driver!!!!

FYI: next time try searching the forum or using google as this has been answered many MANY times!

downloaded from japan buffalo site.... Secure lock, turbo copy & few more work, the rest app are in JAPANESE.

so DAVO, if there is no american or japanese version. I guess your buffalo HD apps are in japanese too
