After latest firmware update WebAccess does not work with IE 7 or 8 and Firefox 8 versions.
There is Ext.support is undefined javascript error on page.
Are you going to fix this near future?
Problem is language selection. If English is not primary language in Firefox it is not working! :(
Which language did you choose? I opened web access in FF8 and changed the language and it was working. What specifically was not working?
I would update the firmware to 1.55 and then reset the web interface ( resets all settings but data is kept) by going to system, restore/erase and choosing restore. If you are still having the issue let me know and I'll try and find time to test it out and report back.
It says "The latest firmware is already installed on your TeraStation."
And my firmware is 1.54.
Javascript error is "Can't load lexicon file for `fi' @ :9000/ui/locale/Locale-Maketext.js:125"
The latest firmware is 1.55 and it can be downloaded from http://www.buffalotech.com/support/downloads
Any ideas when 1.55 can be installed via browser (System->Maintenance->Firmware Installation)? Now it says "The latest firmware is already installed on your TeraStation".
I finally updated to 1.55 and same problem still occurs. If you select the Finnish [fi] language to browser you will get javascript error "Can't load lexicon file for `fi'". throw new Error("Can't load lexicon file for `" + lang + "'"); Locale...text.js (line 125).
I have escalated this issue again for you. I apologize for the inconvenience.
When can we expect a new firmware release? Or does support already finished for this device?
The device is not as it promised to be when I bought it.
WebAccess is working just fine for the TeraStation 3 on the latest 1.55 firmware.
OMG.. I have tould you months ago it is NOT working, even in 1.55! Now Iam crying. Please try it your self! Select Finnish [fi] language to your Firefox and give a try.
Just changed the language of my unit to finnish and web access is still working fine, tested on IE and FF.
Actually, just changed the web access language to finnish and its not working. :-(
