Using Win7 32Bit clients with Server 2008 R2 Servers

Buffalo NAS is on the same VLAN as DC
Clients on different VLAN
Hi Can you please help I have been all over trying to get the Active Directory component working with this NAS, I have managed to connect the NAS to Active Directory and it has no issue pulling Usernames/Groups from Active Directory and applying to any share, but whatever I do I cannot gain access without getting prompted for a username and password domain account don’t work I have tried with or without domain <domain\Username>.
I can confirm that the NAS has the following set:
Time synced with Domain Controller
Same DNS as Domain Controller
Computer Account that has same name as NAS and trusted Delegation has been setup
Jumbo frames are off
Port Trunking is off
Have attempted to access via IP & hostname but still getting prompted
I have also tried changing the NTLM setting to Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated? stiil no luck
I have reset to factory and tried again without success
Can anyone help Pleeese !!!
