iscsi on the LS-CH1.0TL

Has anyone been able to get the LS-CH1.0TL to be used as iscsi??? We have a 3rd party backup software that will only see iscsi and we purchased another version of the Linkstation originally and it has the iscsi capability during the testing stage. Since then our procurement department purchased similar hardware  in the name 'Link Station' but the functionality does NOT include the iscsi option and now we have 5/ea LS-CH1.0TLdevices that we cannot use on our backups as planned.

 

Buffalo your support # said to post here as they said that there is NO WAY for  my models LS-CH1.0TL to offer iscsi, do you have an option for me??????? Pretty Please...........

It is a software limitation. And no I cannot help you modify the unit's software.
