NAS dead :( LS-CH10TL(B)
« on: September 29, 2011, 01:10:58 AM »

My NAS is LS-CH10TL(B).

It became inaccessible last night because of power failure.

I read lot of web materials and downloaded TFTP boot? and LS-CHL Series Firmware Updater Ver.1.12?.

Even I try TFTP Boot cannot make my NAS visible again in NASnavigator2 (the command line screen shows that blocks are served). I cannot update firmware to make it works again.

I'm stuck in the blinking blue light...

Can anyone advise me?

Thanks,

The internal drive may have failed. You could try contact technical support to see if they can walk you through it see if you missed anything. If it still fails, it needs to be replaced.

Are you sure that is the right tftp booter?  have a look here and decide if you think this might work for you,  it worked for my LS-CHL (500gb)
