EM MODE

Hello,
I have a LinkStation LS-WXL and I met a problem when I run the LSNavi. there are message EM MODE and I have not access to the contents of the disc
I downloaded the firmware 1.42 but when I want to do the update, here is the message:
"linkstation that needs updating wasn't foundlinkstation that needs updating wasn't found"

Yet it is in the network with an IP address.

What can i do? is it possible to reset it?

The latest firmware version for this unit is 1.54. If you are having issues updating the unit then you can follow FAQ 2 of 5 to help you force flash the firmware.
